- All custom orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit once fabrication begins.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- Performance parts are intended for off-road/track use only unless specifically stated to be emissions compliant in your region. ELS GLOBAL LIMITED accepts no liability for misuse of our products.

3. Pricing

The Cost Calculator on our site provides estimates. Final quotes for custom fabrications will be provided via email. All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Liability

ELS GLOBAL LIMITED makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the street legality of any fabricated components. Installation of performance exhausts may affect your vehicle's factory warranty. ELS GLOBAL LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of our products.
