1. Shipping & Handling

All ELS Performance systems are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We ship globally using premium courier networks (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with full tracking and insurance.

2. Build Times (Lead Times)

Our systems are hand-crafted. While we keep some popular setups in stock, please expect the following lead times before shipping:
- In-Stock Items: 1-3 Business Days
- Standard Fabrication (T304): 2-4 Weeks
- Specialist Fabrication (Titanium/Inconel): 4-8 Weeks
- Full Custom 1-of-1 Builds: Quoted individually

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance.
